Visiting Researchers
Visiting Scholars and Researchers at ISPL
Short-Term Research Opportunities
ISPL offers short and long-term research opportunities. We are always interested to hear from those with research excellence. We work with lawyers, economists, scientists, engineers, governance and policy specialists, and others with space-related expertise.
We often have short-term opportunities to contribute to our ongoing research or special projects. These are often paid opportunities.
ISPL Visiting Researchers & Scholars
We also offer two longer-term research opportunities.
Visiting Researchers work independently. They may be advised by our Director or interact with our Faculty.
They are expected to carry out specific, targeted research and to report formally on their results.
ISPL visitors may from time to time contribute to our research and publications, teach on our courses or act as Rapporteurs for ISPL workshops, seminars and other events.
Qualified academics at other institutions may apply to conduct research as a Visiting Scholar.
We also consider well-formulated proposals for research for those wishing to pursue a higher degree, and help with improvement of proposals. We can suggest partner institutions where further research, work experience or degrees may be pursued.
